Mental well being is a significant issue for employees. It isn’t surprising that nearly half of employees report struggling with some form of mental disease, such as despression symptoms or tension. The impact of conditions could be far-reaching and often leads to unfavorable outcomes in the workplace. These include absenteeism, presenteeism, low morale, low job pleasure and yield, and even brief and long-term disability.
